During my tenure as a Power Site Engineer at Syriatel, I undertook a pivotal role as the Team Leader for the Dablan Offices Renovation project. This project was instrumental in revitalizing and optimizing the power infrastructure to accommodate over 70 employees across 15 office spaces.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
Project Leadership: As the focal point and team leader, I orchestrated the seamless execution of power works within the Syriatel facilities. This involved coordinating with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure adherence to approved design and engineering standards.
Progress Oversight: Through diligent field visits and meticulous supervision, I monitored the progress of power works, promptly addressing any delays to uphold the project’s timeline and objectives.
Reporting and Documentation: I compiled comprehensive reports on power work activities, providing detailed insights to the Power Head of Section and facilitating informed decision-making processes.
Quality Assurance: Post-installation, I conducted rigorous inspections to verify the implementation of power systems and ensure compliance with performance standards. Any necessary modifications were promptly identified and implemented to enhance system efficiency.
Incident Resolution: I spearheaded efforts to resolve power-related incidents by liaising with relevant stakeholders from Syriatel and contractors, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
Technical Expertise: Leveraging my technical acumen, I validated maintenance test results, recommended necessary actions based on equipment status, and participated in the formulation of technical assessments and quotations for power works.
